We’re aware of the trust and confidence you demonstrate when you provide personal information to us, and we guarantee that we will treat your information with the same integrity and sensitivity that we have displayed throughout our company’s history. This page details the practices we follow in order to safeguard your information, and explains how & where we use that information.

All messages transmitted via our website are processed using secure technology. Your information is encrypted before being sent to us, protecting it from unauthorized access. This applies to both E-mail messages sent through contact forms, and live chat messages. Our website is secured using SSL and other industry-leading technologies.

Privacy

In order to protect our customers’ privacy, we have implemented strict policies and procedures. Any information we collect will only be used to perform the sales and services you’ve requested. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise furnish customer information to any 3rd parties, marketing agencies, or external organizations. Any personal information you provide will be protected internally as well. All personnel with access to personal information are aware of these policies, and understand that any breach of policy will result in immediate dismissal of the person responsible.

We understand that reading the online reviews and checking the ratings is a critical part of deciding which company to use for your home renovation needs. That’s why we encourage our customers to review us on popular platforms – Google, Yelp, Houzz, and Angie’s List. We’re confident that our products and service are top of the line – and it shows!

 

From time to time, we may mention (crosspost) actual reviews on our website and/or social media. We do NOT edit reviews, except for minor grammar & spelling corrections if needed. To protect privacy, we will not disclose the actual address, full name, or any other personally-identifiable information, unless the customer gives us permission to do so.

 

We don’t solicit fake reviews, or provide quid pro quo for favorable reviews.

If you’re happy with our service, we ask you to take a few minutes and write about your experience with us.

Of course, if you’re not happy with our service, please contact us and we’ll be glad to correct any issues.

Keep in mind that the best reviews are: informative, passionate, and personal. They offer details about the experience, maybe a helpful tip or two for other customers, and are written from your point of view.
